Event Coverage — Half Day (4 Hours)

Service Description

Four hours of photographic coverage for the bigger occasions — large graduation and milestone parties, family reunions, banquets and galas, quinceañeras and sweet sixteens with a full program, fundraisers, conferences, and all-day launches. WHAT GETS SHOT The venue before anyone arrives, arrivals and greetings, the toasts and the speeches, the dancing or the breakout sessions, the details and the signage, candid conversation, and organised group photos at a time we agree in advance, so nobody has to be rounded up mid-event. WHAT YOU GET A private online gallery of edited high-resolution images with full commercial usage rights, delivered within 5 business days — plus a hand-picked set of 10 social-ready images sent before the end of the day, so you or your team can post while people are still talking about it. HOW IT RUNS We build a short shot list and a running order against your schedule before the date. That is the difference between coverage that follows your event and coverage that reacts to it. I shoot it myself from start to finish. On location anywhere in Metro Detroit; travel beyond 40 miles quoted separately. Four hours works out cheaper per hour than the 2-hour option, and the 6-hour option is cheaper again. Some events I am not the right fit for. If that is the case I will tell you on the call rather than take the booking.
