Service Description

Six hours of photographic coverage for events that run most of a day — large receptions and milestone celebrations, banquets, galas and awards nights, reunions, festivals, conferences and summits. WHAT GETS SHOT The venue before doors, arrivals and registration, every speaker or every toast, the ceremony or the program, the dancing or the breakouts, sponsor and venue signage, candid conversation throughout, and organised group or family photos at a scheduled time. WHAT YOU GET A private online gallery of edited high-resolution images with full commercial usage rights, delivered within 5 business days — plus a hand-picked set of 15 social-ready images sent before the end of the day, so the first post goes up the same night rather than next week. HOW IT RUNS Before the date we build a shot list and a running order against your schedule and agree who the must-have people are. Over six hours that planning is what stops the person everyone came to see leaving before anyone gets a usable frame of them. I shoot it myself from start to finish. On location anywhere in Metro Detroit; travel beyond 40 miles quoted separately. ADDING VIDEO Video can be added, but it changes how the day is planned — stills and film each need their own windows rather than running at once. Raise it on the call and I will quote it alongside the schedule. Six hours is the best per-hour rate of the four event options. Need eight hours, or more than one day?
